I’ve decided to add a stretch routine to my fitness goals. I want to be hella flexible. So in order to become flexible I’m gonna do daily morning stretches. I’m a decent level of flexible right now considering I can touch my toes but my problem area is the hip area. I’m extremely stiff there. My goal is to get my ankles up to my ears. I’m still losing weight and I’m a few days I’m gonna measure myself again. I’m going to do my measurements once a month at the beginning of the month. As of right now that’s all I got.
