Things our bosses say...
Boss: We gotta keep in mind that we don't know what's going on with our guests outside of this restaurant. Maybe they've had a really bad day and they are just upset and that's why they act the way they do. It's our job to make sure they are happy.
Me: *Sooooo basically next time I have a bad day and upset a guest with my attitude it'll be okay because I was just having a bad day*
Typical Night At Work
Customer: Yeah can I get the number 5 8 count
Me: Yes m'am and what would you like to drink with that?
Customer: What?
Me: What would you like to drink tonight?
Customer: Oh I don't want that....
Me: So that was an 8 count and a medium fry?
Customer: NO! I SAID A NUMBER 5 8 COUNT MEAL.
Me: *glares at the screen* Alright your total will be $5.06 and it'll be our pleasure to serve you at the window
After working at Chickfila, how long do those guys and gals say “My pleasure” when they are thanked for things once they stop working there? I feel like it’s a curse
