Sunday in Autumn

I got a hideously ridiculous project dumped on me Friday morning at work. I didn't want to stay late on my birthday (it was my birthday! where's my tiara?) to do it, so I made the executive decision to leave on time and finish this weekend. I picked pumpkins and watched post season baseball and fucked around outside with my faves all weekend, and now here it is - Sunday evening. I sit here procrastinating like I'm in 11th grade, and I've been putting off my term paper all semester, and it's due tomorrow morning. 

Seasons change. Life doesn't.

Autumn: sweaters and boots and birthdays and pumpkins and baseball and red leaves and tomorrow's deadlines.
