I know the fandom likes to think Deku, Uraraka and Todoroki are going to save Shigaraki, Toga and Dabi but I don't think it's going to be a happy ending as everyone seems to think though (or naively hope because it's hard)
Shigaraki: I think Deku will save Shigaraki, but separating All For One from Shigaraki. Shigaraki will thank Deku but the separation will kill Shigaraki. I feel like this is going to be a very bittersweet moment given how dark the manga is getting.
Toga: Toga is going to be a turncoat. I think she's not going to be saved by Uraraka but Uraraka's words are playing on her, in the end she's going to use Uraraka's quirk again and help the pro heroes. Toga will either be killed by the villains or she's spending the rest of her life in jail, thinking of Uraraka but never getting to see her again.
Dabi: I'm not sure it's possible to save Dabi. If he succeeds and kills Endeavor he's going to find that it's not going make him feel anything. Dabi also keeps going maniacal making me think his insanity has reached a point where he can't be reasoned with, best case scenario Dabi goes into an psychiatric facility where he revives a lot of therapy but I actually think he's going to unalive himself. Either in an last attempt to hurt Endeavor, or more because he realises nothing he does is going to change anything for him and becomes so hopeless that he just gives up and burns himself alive with his quirk.
So there are some of Dabi’s fight scenes that make me really question his sanity?
That fight with Hawks and Twice, where even going up the stairs he’s manic smiling before burning everyone so much you can see the damage to his arms?
When he’s fighting with Shoto and he doesn’t seem to mind or care if he’s going to burn himself alive?
That everyone needs to use items to help them in the LOV/MLF expect Dabi uses nothing to help him with his quirk despite multiple people pointing out he’s cremating himself?
IDK Dabi gives me criminally insane vibes. I’m not sure they ever go into detail about his mental health and I don’t particularly like that a lot of the villains have poor mental health but if Dabi is criminally insane, how responsible even is he for his crimes?
"Natsu why do I exist if not to fail?" Toya asked. Burns covering his arms and stomach, some even crossing over into his neck and left cheek. Tears pooling down his face, this was an question Toya after asked when he couldn't meet his father's expectations due to his Quirk Incapability Disorder.
Natsu never knew what to say to make it better.
"Toya have you been practising again?" Natsu asked.
"I tried his move... I wanted to be good enough. Even Mom hates me. She's useless. She hates my quirk. She wants me to stop using my quirk. And Dad won't even look at me. I want to be just like him and he wouldn't even look at me today." Toya broke down, sliding to the floor of Natsu's room crying heavy tears.
Natsu felt helpless. Natsu wanted to do anything to make Toya happy. Dad never looked at him and Fuyumi but Toya always wanted his attention.
"I can take care of you?" Natsu offered pulling out the small pack of bandaids he kept hidden in the drawer. Toya nodded, still crying. Natsu wished he could do more.
Natsu wanted to storm down the hall and scream at their Dad, he wanted to make him look at Toya and apologise, he wanted to be able to make Toya stop crying at least once.
Instead he slipped bandaids over some of the burns, hoping he'd make them better.

Natsu walked into the kitchen, his bare feet feeling cold against the floor. He froze as he saw Shoto, looking so small on himself and clearly exhausted with his eyes puffy from crying.
Natsu wasn't sure what happened in the training room, he'd never been trained by Dad given his quirk was considered weak, but he knew how Shoto's cries would fill the house as he spent hours in there on Dad's days off.
"Hey." Natsu said finally, the sense of longing burning in him even as he entered his teens. Natsu wanted nothing more to reach out to his brother, protect him from the brutal training and never listen to him cry again.
He was helpless to do anything.
What kind of brother was he where he could never do anything to help either of them? And now Toya was dead and Shoto was a stranger.
"Hello." Shoto kept an blank expression on his face and fixed himself a drink with shaking fingers. Dad was working him to the bone Natsu thought.
"I can do that." Natsu offered.
"No. I'm okay. Thank you." Shoto fixed his drink and drank it leaning against the side. How long had Shoto been training Natsu wondered, deciding however long that it had been too much.
"Shoto. You've had your break. Come on now." Enji stood over his children imposing as always, his arms crossed. Shoto didn't acknowledge him and finished his drink, placing the glass into the sink and standing on his tip toes trying to wash it.
Natsu wanted to grab him. Natsu wanted to scream at his Dad to let him sleep. Natsu wanted to help.
"He's tired. Look at him!"
"He can take it." Enji took Shoto by the wrist and dragged him though the house. Shoto looked over his shoulder as he struggled to keep up, looking at Natsu with the same sad expression Toya looked at him with some many times.
So... is there other heroes that were trained like Hawks? Does the Commission have an recruitment system where they notice powerful kids and raise them with specialised training to becoming great heroes?
Hawks looked at him with dreamy eyes, intense gold sparkling at him and a hand reached to the hem of his loose white shirt. Dabi grabbed his wrist then.
"Don't." Dabi spoke softly.
"Why don't you ever let me see you?" Hawks asked him. Why? Because everywhere his body was marred with his imperfection and failure, a living reminder that he only existed to fail and be a disappointment to everyone. Even now the League was working up a powerful ally, one he'd be useless against.
"Dabs?"
"Just don't." Dabi pushed Hawks away. Maybe he should leave and head back to the Doc. He was working on some Nomu, it'd be nice to have them again.
"It's the scars isn't it?" Hawks questioned softly. Dabi was grateful Hawks hadn't tried to reach out and touch him again. He hated his body, everything his body represented. He'd never let anyone see him so... so open and flawed. Especially not some plucky bird brain.
"I know you have scars... told ya. It doesn't bother me." Hawks tried to reassure him. Dabi wanted to believe him but his staples were too easy to pull from his body, they showcased everything that made him weak.
"Dabi... let me see you." Hawks leaned towards him, kissing him softly and Dabi let him. He could feel his heart was racing. Hawks slid his hand up his shirt, touching his skin exploring where the burns were and where he was left with soft skin. Dabi felt exposed, he felt himself losing his control that he normally had when he pulled Feathers into bed.
Hawks pressed his forehead to Dabi's and Dabi closed his eyes as his body went limp and pliant allowing Hawks to carefully lift off his shirt, exposing the state of his torso.
"Pierced here too?" Hawks mumbled casually brushing over a nipple piercing on his left side, just before where his staples held his burnt skin together. His other peck was mostly burnt away.
"I'm not exactly much to look at." Dabi agreed.
"I don't think so... I think your perfect." Hawks started to kiss over his chest, flesh and burns alike without an pause. Dabi wanted to believe him. He really wanted too.
"You know I love you don't you?" Hawks looked up at him, golden eyes sparkling at you.
"I do Baby Bird." Dabi lost his fingers in Hawks' fluffy blonde locks.
Izuku wasn't sure how he ended up like this. Here, like many times when Shoto wasn't with Sero and he wasn't with Ochaco or Mai, he was laying down on Shoto's bed with his shirt off as they made out. Somehow this time, Izuku had ended up with his pants off leaving him laying there in All Might boxer briefs and a white binder.
Shoto's hand was on his hip, his right hand that ran a little cooler and pressed soft kisses to his jewline and neck. Izuku let out a few breathy moans and let his hands wander over Shoto's bare torso. Shoto kissed along his collar bone and slid a few fingers over Izuku's waistband, his cock was pressed against Izuku's thigh and he felt butterflies in his stomach.
"Shochan..." Izuku pulled away from him.
"Is something wrong?" Shoto asked, searching into Izuku's green eyes with his mismatched ones.
"I'm trans."
"I know... it doesn't matter."

"No... I mean... dated. Kissed. Oh right... you haven't dated anyone else before. I remember. Sorry." Izuku fumbled over his words.
"Izuku." Shoto took his hand into his, the coolness of Shoto's right hand somewhat comforting to him.
"I'm just... nervous. And feeling a little dysphoric right now." Izuku admitted.
"Do you want to stop?"
"No... I just need to know you see me as... as a boy." Izuku closed his eyes to prevent himself from crying. Why did he always ruin everything?
"I see you as a boy..." Shoto pressed a kiss to his forehead. Shoto moved closer to Izuku again and brushed a hand over his binder where his flatten breasts were.
"A very handsome boy... and a boy I love." Shoto whispered in Izuku's ear. It felt like music to Izuku's ears and a weight off his shoulders. Izuku let his hands circle Shoto's waist, barely brushing against the waistband on his black boxer briefs.
"Say it again." Izuku pleaded.
"A boy I love." Shoto captured his lips with this own and pressed his own hardness up against the tight fabric of Izuku's boxers. Shoto kissed Izuku's neck and collarbone and over the fabric of his binder and started to hump himself between Izuku's legs. With All Might now dead, Izuku has to deal with the aftermath as he lays All Might to rest and consider what life without All Might will hold, with the help of supportive mates holding his head above the water.
Kaminari paused as they reached class, Kirishima was already sitting down. Kirishima looked down at the desk when he saw them and Kaminari felt like they might start crying again. Kaminari moved and took their seat in silence before Mr Aizawa told them off for being late.
Kaminari wanted to say something, to reach out and speak to Kirishima but the words wouldn't form inside their mouth. Why did they have to have this stupid fight?
"I'm sorry..." Kaminari gave out, staring at their desk scared of the response.
"Me too. I missed you bro." Kirishima replied and reached over the desk and held Kaminari's hand.
"We good?"
"Yeah, we're good. Let's never fight again. It's not manly of us." Kirishima squeezed Kaminari's hand. Kaminari in despite themselves, of course in everything Kirishima was thinking of chivalry and being manly.
"There's uh an Crimson Riot special on TV. We could watch together?" Kaminari suggested. There was nothing that Kaminari wanted more then to chill in the common room or dorms and pretend the last twenty-four hours hadn't existed. From the corner of their eye, Kaminari was pretty sure he could see Bakugo giving a small smile.
That evening Kaminari crowded on Kirishima's bed pressed against their side with their arm around them, watching an special on Crimson Riot. Bakugo sat on the floor leaning against the bed - he'd refused to cuddle up to them both.
"I'm glad you idiots have stopped being idiots. That was so annoying dragging me into your problems!" Bakugo snapped at them both.
"Sorry Bakubro! We're never fighting again."
"Yeah... don't worry about it. We're gonna stay best buddies." Kaminari agreed.
Kaminari felt sick to her stomach, she sat along in her room face down on the bed with dried tears still on her face. She hated fighting with Kirishima, he was her best friend...
Kaminari wanted to take everything back. She waned to rewind time and just go back to play video games together.
Instead they had gotten into a stupid fight, a stupid fight that in anger had caused them to lash out at each other. Was there even any point in this fight? Kaminari hadn't decided yet, but seeing as she was alone in her room feeling awful she was pretty sure there wasn't. No amount of hurt feelings would have been worth losing Kirishima.
Kaminari curled herself in a ball, brushed damp yellow hair from her face and cried herself to sleep hoping tomorrow would be a better day.
They woke up the next day feeling even worse. They're throat felt sore and they had an headache. Worse yet was that Kaminari was going to have to sit there in front of Kirishima knowing that they weren't talking.
Kaminari shrugged themselves out of bed, pulled a t-shirt over themselves and made their way to the bathrooms in just the t-shirt and boxers. Kaminari tried to brush sleep out of their eyes, and brushed their teeth in silence. The bathroom was empty expect for someone in the showers, Aoyoma putting on a hundred face creams and Bakugo looking like his own teeth had offended him.
"DIE GERMS DIE!"
Kaminari gave a small smile despite themselves and splashed water on their face and turned to leave.
"So what's the deal with you and Kirishima?" Bakugo asked. Kaminari hadn't expected him too.
"Nothing."
"Fuck nothing. He's been miserable and annoying!"
"Kiri's upset?" Kaminari asked realising it was obvious. Kirishima was probably feeling as rotten as he was right now.
"Yeah so what's the big deal?"
"We had a fight... I don't even remember what the fight was about. I feel pretty bad about it." Kaminari admitted.
"So get over it and stop being miserable!" Bakugo snapped and walked past, leaving the bathroom. Kaminari realised that that was as close to comforting as Bakugo was going to get and brushed away a few stray tears before leaving the bathroom.
