Im not one for making a post about how i feel but i need an outlet i guess.

Recently the guy i was seeing broke up with me, which was tough but i dealt with it as best I could and we decided to still be friends. One of my best friends phoned me from China as shes due home in the next few weeks and i havent seen her in over a year, for some reason i burst into tears because of this news because i realised that i was so alone.

I find it difficult to make friends and have like 3 friends i spend time with, unfortunately one of them is closer than the others and he gets bombarded with me asking if he wants to do things, and when he says no I instantly think its something ive done and then it causes me to worry.

Im literally lying here and the worst possible things are going through my head, im such a broken human, im alone and my heads all over the place and i dont know how to deal with it
