I guess I'm on Tumblr again?
Hiya! I'm a 40something-year-old writer and cosplayer from Minnesota, USA. Nonbinary, a couple decades before there was a word for it. Folks call me Gerbil the Chinchilla, and I love that.
Use any pronouns for me you feel like; I'm partial to they/them, but I've collected pretty much all the Pokemon badges of gender there are by this point, and shift between male/female/secret third thing as my whim carries me.
The username is new, though. You may have known me by my previous username, that I used for... oh, only around 35 years or so.
Then, last year, in preparation for appearing in a nationwide news article about the new form of gender confirmation surgery I was among the first to have, I disappeared absolutely everything-- my handle, the books I wrote, fanfics/fanart, anything about me online-- for my own safety.
There were suddenly an awful lot of alt-righters who knew me by my legal name, you see, and they kinda weren't too keen on me... uh, being alive.
But it seems like that storm has finally passed (thanks, Internet's short attention span!), so here I am again! Quietly working on two books I can't talk about yet, in the background. Busy thrivin'.
