Abs Class involving 1-2-3 ab curls (6kg), toe touches (6kg), jack knives, bicycle fast-slow-fast, crunches, plank w/alt legs, side planks, laying on side walks, laying on side leg raises(legs apart).
Good workout!! Had some yummy avocado on brown soda bread with eggs afterwards & a chicken wrap & porridge during the day:) yum!
