Today I turn 27 . If tumblr were an object in my room , it would be full of dust . I feel I have grown up enough to not need to rant to cyber space about life . I’ve learned to speak my mind . Because at the end of the day , you will regret most what you didn’t say , then what you did . I mean you can always apologize . But regret of not saying anything can haunt you , your entire life . Therefore , I don’t need tumblr any more . Thanks for being my online diary . Thanks for showing me that I’m not the only anti-social person in the universe . Thanks for holding some of my deepest darkest emotions . And thanks to the few kind people that cared to interact with me .

These are great! These are all really useful methods of defending yourself and I actually learned most of these in my Krav Maga classes. 

I would have to go up against people (usually guys) twice my size and could easily overpower me, but these tricks DO work and they don’t require a lot of strength.
