"Ladies and gentlemen, we are all gathered here today to finally celebrate our heroes who have brought victory last year by defeating a dangerous enemy, the bloodwraith. The monsterous beeing and it's master who were responsibile for so many deaths including the death of my beloved husband and our duke, Lord Elric.", Thalissa announced to the crowd and began wiping her tears away when she thought about her loss.
Hundreds of faes were gathered in the throne room of Lamrian to celebrate the heroes presented by Lady Thalissa, but also to remember and honour the ones who left. Especially their beloved duke, Lord Elric of Lamrian. Next to Lady Thalissa stood her dear stepchild, Alex Clarissa Fontaine, the future heiress of Lamrian who wore an elegante royal gown. She stepped closer to Thalissa for comfort and was still very sad about their loss. Lady Thalissa her husband and Alex her biological father who's existence she wasn't aware about, until Nik Ryder found out about him and introduced him to her. She might only have met and known her father for a very short time, but the pain of losing him and never meeting him again was deep. Deeper than someone could imagine. She found him, and then... she lost him. The powerful duke, her father risked his life to keep her new-found child save from the monsterous bloodwraith. She will never forget that. Never.
Alex placed a hand on the shoulder of her stepmother for support. After Lady Thalissa calmed herself down, she focused back on the crowd infront of her.

Welcome to our very first Lily Spencer Appreciation Week!! A very happy Halloween to every one and we can't think of a better way to kickstart this week 💖💖
Our theme for Day 1 is Halloween - a festival that would be well known in the universe of Bloodbound, and that Lily Spencer (pioneer of werewolf fanfic) would absolutely love! Lily's love for the supernatural predates her Turning, and after recovering from the shock of becoming a vampire she tells the MC about the things she learned on the dark web about such creatures. On this day, it would be great to celebrate Lily's love for the supernatural!!
Any and all content is welcome during this week - fanfic, fanart, headcanons, meta, edits, moodboards, interactive media, even screenshots of your favourite Lily scenes!! Our only requirement is that the pieces should focus on Lily and present a positive depiction of her. WIPs and Throwback pieces are also more than welcome!
You can send pieces during any day of the week (not necessarily just the day of the theme) but do specify which day you meant the piece for!! We will keep a bonus week open for any pending entries too. Our rough deadline for entries will be Nov 10th. You can still send entries after the date and it will still be put up in the masterlist - this date is mostly for us to make the thank you video! Otherwise we will be open for entries until the next event.

wanted to make another post for @choicesoctober, this time of my other mc, marya moonglory. she's my niamancer mc. still figuring out how to draw her. some information:
marya from house moonglory, she/her, butch lesbian, elf
base skills: swordsmanship / deception / beastmaster
born and raised in undermount under house moonglory, which was one of the lower houses.
she's one of the rare elves with no magical affinity, and thus was ostracized by her family and elven society. magic remains a sore spot for her.
at some point, she left undermount and came to live in riverbend where she met kade and his parents. they ended up becoming very close, especially after kade's parents died. she works with the local blacksmith and looks after kade.
she falls in love with nia. after she has to "kill" nia she develops love-hate relationship with her sword and swordsmanship, which is hard because her swordsmanship has always been her greatest asset.
she's best friends with imtura and mal.
she initially has a negative relationship with tyril. being the lord of the house ascendant during the time she was in undermount, marya saw tyril as the pinnacle of everything she despised about undermount society. their relationship improves throughout the course of the books, particularly after the masquerade.
