#171 The Transcontinental Race journey from PEdALED on Vimeo.
Great insight into the Transcontinental Race 2016 from Belgium to Turkey in 12days. Brutal cycling but looks like a fantastic way to experience Europe.
California Roadtrip - San Fran to Las Vegas via, Yosemite, Highway 1, LA and the Grand Canyon.
Lots of driving, lots of scenery, lots of massive sandwiches.
Racing across the country to watch the sunset in the Grand Canyon and then standing in -7C and dark to watch the sun rise again was astonishing.
Above is a selection of photos taken along the way.
Got the watch the Ducks as well. Real Ice Hockey
A film by Jim Craven for Grey Skateboard Magazine, Emerica and Heroin Skateboarding. Starring Tom Day. Also featuring Zach Riley and Joe O'Donnell. Filmed an...
Thought this was worth a watch, some familiar spots some I haven't seen before. Interesting to see the skaters perspective.
Photos taken at the National Hill Climb Championships 2016, Bank Road - Matlock. Having spent a few weeks riding in hill climbs I was glad to be able to watch the best do their thing. I may have been a little biased towards Sheffrec riders when taking photos.
Testing out my new Olympus Mju ii at the Bradfield Hill Climb a few weeks back. Great little camera and it works, so now to put it to use some more.
Paul Ashworth - Pegs to Pegs - Strangeways Volume 3 - May 2015
Having waited on the release of the video (great work again Clarky) I finally got round to stitching the sequence together.
As the Melon/Slack DVD is finally available I have released a zine I put together during the filming. To get a copy along with the DVD visit:

A selection of B&W photos that have been sat waiting to be developed for months. Including a shot from the Oldham game which I have wanted to capture for years look how excited those blokes are, some Scottish Cattle, a foggy Winnats Pass and Manchester Town Hall. Its always nice to see what results I get 6 months later.
hit the north (part one)
Simply sublime work from Jim Newrick on this one.
Nice and stylish from the Frenchmen again.
Spot on, Meathead, more please
Looking forward to this, easily out on disc before Melon/Slack.
The Festive 500
Having not got up to much between Christmas and New Year the last few years. This year Paul and I took on a rather different challenge having taken to road cycling, The Festive 500.
Day 1 began as I dragged a hungover Paul out of bed for 85 windy kms via Ashworth Road ( Not named after us just yet).....
After this I stopped taking notes and enjoyed cycling mile after mile. With the addition of a our pal James we continued to tackle new routes south of Manchetser, whilst floods hit our local routes. Collecting gifts along the way, (Paul won't refuse a snack again) 1 Swede, a Baguette and a bunch of Roses.
To the bloke in Tilly’s cafe who repeatedly reminding us that no matter what we ordered we wouldn't jump the 20 minute wait. We much enjoyed our roughly self-crafted sandwiches on the wall outside, the baguette did come in handy.
We managed one of our classic routes on the final day as we returned to a flood damaged Hebden Bridge, where the clean up was in full force and the coffee pot still full.
Great rides with great lads, laughing our way through many miles on the lanes of the North West. I had intended to get more photos but maybe next time.
Took my first visit to the Fort William a couple of weeks before Christmas, stunning place. In only a few days we discovered some amazing trails walking in very varied weather. The long drive up was well worth it.
The Make: Vancouver 2015
Video of the highest calibre once again from The Make Crew.
Classic lines of well executed manoeuvres.
