Today is the third day that I have been on testosterone. I took my first shot on Friday October 19th which happened to also be my 21st birthday! The shot itself didn’t hurt and I injected in the butt. I inject every Friday for the rest of my life. After the injection I didn’t really feel any…
You’re not going to be noticing any changes in a week lol. Anything you notice is more going to be you imagining things. Congrats on the T though. You can expect changes to really happen within about a month and a half to 2 months, depending on how your body reacts to the hormones. (some changes will occur a bit sooner, but not anything really noticeable)
Well thank you for your post but I am very much aware that noticeable changes will not really pop up until later on in transition. But I am also aware that many people have different things change in a different amount of time. I was not posting that my voice was changing so soon, I was simply describing what I was personally noticing. This is a record of my transition and different things I am feeling. Also, it is extremely rare to see any vocal changes within the first week but it is not unheard of. I good friend of mine has been on testosterone for 3 years and has had both top surgery and a hysto. He has also stated to me most changes will not be seen until much later but it is also possible you will personally feel certain things changing.
