This is such an important conversation to have, and I'm incredibly grateful to Linus for using the popularity of the Bruins Tandem Goalie Hugs to reach a broad audience with it.

Men need other men like Linus to look to as an example for how to handle mental health, especially when you compound grief and other mental health struggles with fame and professional sports. It's a hard conversation for many, but it's so necessary.
