Hebrews 4:7b ...“Today when you hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts.”
What’s in your heart right now? What are you thinking? Is it good or bad? Do you still know what are you doing right now? Or you seems lost?
In this world that we live in, problems, trials, hurts, betrayal, heartaches are always present. It will never disappear unless you’re already dead. This is the reality and we have to face it until we’re here on Earth. But the question is, what are you living for? Does your heart in tune with God, our Maker? What are you up to? Can you still hear God or you do things on your own way and follow this world? The Bible says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind...” (Romans 12:2) So, how’s your mind and heart? Are you doing the right things in life which will glorify God? Are you still up to Him, knowing His will and purpose for your life?
If you think that you’re kind of lost and doing the wrong thing, then come to Him. Listen to His Voice, the Voice of Truth and follow His ways. He surely knows what to do in Your life since He is our Maker and He came to this Earth, lived and died and after three days, rose again. The Bible says, “This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin. So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.” (Hebrews 4:15-16)
See? He knows what to do because He experienced it Himself. Our differences is He knows what to do in this life and did not sin but we don’t. So we need His help and guidance everyday of our life. Without Him, it will be hard for us to live in this Earthly life. So as you hear His voice, listen and don’t harden your heart. Surrender everything to Him.
Prayer: Lord, you know what’s in my heart right now. Thank you for keep on calling me, my Voice of Truth. I’m really sorry because I have sinned. I already heard You calling me and I know, You’re just waiting with wide open arms but I’m hardening my heart to come and surrender to You. Take away this guilt, shame and pride. It doesn’t belong to You. Help me O God, Rescue and revive my soul. Please forgive me. I surrender everything to You. In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
