The center point, the highlight of the meal, the guest of honor. Thank you to @utahnaturalmeatandmilk for this amazing 17 pound turkey! It’s stuffed with chopped Granny Smith apples, one orange, dried cherries, toasted pecans, basil leaves, red onion, garlic, rosemary, and celery. It’s hand rubbed with kosher salt, tellicherry black pepper, and black truffle infused olive oil. I’m about to get started making the glaze.
