these meadows are based off of the ones in mount shasta, high up there’s a wide span of grassland that encompasses the mountains and on my travel bucket list one day for photography 😌😌 .

here’s a piece that embodies this bittersweet page of my uni life 😀 i can’t believe i’m almost in my last year and I feel like drinking w/ friends until i wake up to the sombre reality where I have to go work for a capitalist driven society and get a marketing gig amidst a sea of geniuses (although if anyone wants to get into a social start up project w me pls lmk😔✊🏼) and yes, choso is making a martini for mahito and geto is more of a bourbon kinda guy

geto might be my fav jjk character?? apart from panda ofc, but his character design was done so well! i wanna do more pieces of geto in environments and some to do with his cursed techniques some time i vividly remember from some trips to europe back when i was a super kiddie kid, visiting old churches and cathedrals and the first thing that would capture my eye were the wide stained glass panels! I think the concept of foil glasswork and how it comes out in this beautiful pattern is amazing and even more interesting, is it’s history! Enamelled glass in tandem with illuminated manuscripts used to contribute largely to art in medieval times

I’ve always wanted to go to kyoto and visit this temple! I wrote a paper on UNESCO world heritage sites for one of my electives and cited the temple as my first choice bc it’s a historical monument that’s really making it up the list in incorporating sustainability into architecture. + the foundation of the long veranda at the top of the temple is kinda just scaffolding, and i thought that looked pretty cool yes this was supposed to be an environmental study but i got carried away and painted geto man

i think i’m gonna do jjk art/environment concepts more consistently and steer away from csm for a bit bc i’m kinda running out of ideas on that end of the spectrum 🥲 it’s been such a long time since i’ve done a mahito piece so i wanted to give some life to his character on my feed and i never really got any ideas till yesterday when i saw this interior reference! i thought the arch/venetian-like windows would add a gothic element to it and the buildings outside were unclear in the ref but they kinda resembled lost architecture, ruins with vegetation that’s outgrown itself and hang over verandas and stuff yk!! in other news i can’t wait for phantom parade to get released 😋

I’ve had this idea in my head for a while now and I finally had time to do it since finals szn be gone, its a loose application of M.C Escher’s “relativity” staircases!! I like how gojo’s ability has a thematic of time and space, meanwhile “relativity” was created bc Escher imagined what staircases would look like if gravity wasn’t a universal factor; and how both themes intersect bc gravity affects time and space and okay im nerding out gonna stop now Also I was fighting for my life trying to use sketchup free trial for this but in the end it didn’t work and I had to use the damn figure tool for the majority of the piece sketchup pls subsidise your packages
