What is your current morning routine?
Just want to drop in to remind you guys of some super important things -
1. Social media is a highlight reel. People post themselves when they’re at their best, showing their best and most flattering angles. No one wants to document when they have 3 zits on their face or are bloated from a heavy meal, especially not someone with half a million followers to see.
2. What works for others may not work for you. Just because someone finds they feel their best by following a paleo diet does NOT indicate that you will too. Every single body is different.
3. Your body knows what to do with extra calories, and if you’re regularly restricting yourself you NEED those extra calories. Your body is really really really REALLY smart, I promise. Trust it. Also, being healthy is not equivalent to eating nutritious foods all the time. Sometimes you need the damn ice cream.
4. Being negative is tiring and reflects outwards into your actions daily. By actively trying to change your thoughts to be more positive you can become a happier person. Consistency is key. Catch yourself mid-thought and turn it around. Name 3 things you’re grateful for every day when you wake up and name 3 great things that happened every day before you go to sleep, even if it was just that you saw a dog or took a super relaxing shower.
5. It’s okay to reach out for help and lean on other people. Whatever you’re going through is difficult and there is no reason to make it less than it is. You’re not alone and you have to face that you may not be able to fix things by yourself.

Sure! I don’t do much, but yes this is it:
Morning: Rinse with water. Use a Vitamin C Serum + moisturizer - let that sink in for a few minutes and then put on make up starting with Marc Jacobs Coconut primer and IT cosmetics CC cream if i’m wearing make up that day.
Night: Take off make up with this + wash face with Murad Vitamin C cleanser. Get extra dirt off with this toner. Use rosehip oil and the same moisturizer linked above!
