With these handsome gentlemen finished I'm finally on my last space marine! It's korsarro khan, which is a LOT of fur and detail that I'm gonna have to paint, which is exciting. Also, my space marine backlog started NINE MONTHS AGO! All this in advance of Armageddon, at which point it will be born again from the ashes like a phoenix.

Progress on the destrier! I wanted to get a pose that wasn't just Guy Standing There™ so I tried to do a guy winding up to punch a car in half

Finally finished my Suboden Khan, which puts me up to 100 models for 2026!

Feeling very good about getting to 100 models. I'm almost done painting my white scar combat patrol, which will then accomplish my goal to finish all the space marine patrols I own before Armageddon drops. Very swag very cool.

I did not think I'd be able to do something cool for the gun, but I think it's not bad! It also has the best porthole I'll ever paint, so much so I'm worried I'll never feel this happy about a porthole again. Maybe now all my portholes will be at least decent, and I can focus on other skills without the pressure to one up myself.

Canis Rex is now serving face, gorget, tabard, and besegew

Panel liner has now completely replaced nuln oil washes for me. I even use it in places I never would before, for example: all the trim! I find it's great for hiding the line where the trim and panel meet, ESPECIALLY with the marble scheme.

The trouble I'm having is that my trim recipe didn't work so great on the other questoris, so I'm thinking that conundrum through.

That being said, once this guy's done I'll have finished all my imperial knights, which will be the first time I've ever had every model of one faction painted!

Finally figured out how to make my bases cool for my knights! Once I get the courage to buy and paint admech I'll use them as the greeblers instead of traitor guard

Some extremely hasty eightbound!

I've been sitting on these for the better part of a year, as with everything else in the big box they came in. However, I used them in a recent game where they absolutely massacred some Votann, and I think they earned a paint job. Next for world eaters will probably be some exalted eightbound, since they took out a whole hekaton all at once the first and only time I used them.
