Reboot time!, after all this time away, I've changed the image format and revamped the lore. Notably, this project now has a name, transformers from a to z! (The name is only in honor of the original idea, im no longer doing characters in alphabetical order)

Without being asked, Thrust was used as a sacrifice to complete dirgegun and return him to his senses but this process robbed thrust of his own personhood reducing him into a simple animal
The terrorcon's poisonous mutagenic blood was the subject of many of shockwave's experiments. It was responsible for dirgegun's mutation, and just by being exposed to it , thrust began to mutate as well, an earlier encounter with grimlock left behind feathers that sunk into his internal systems resulting in his transformation into a mechanical raptor
Initially, his mind was twisted with hunger but still sapient, believing the two as mutants would have some kind of compatibility slipstream ordered the seeker elite to bind thrustor and dirgegun together
Together, they began to melt into each other, and while dirgegun gained sanity, thrustor lost it
The terrorcon that sold out her siblings into captivity shes a cunning, manipulative, simply put. evil hunter who retains more of her old "nobel" self compared to the others
Airachnid is one of the oldest terrorcons. She was hun-grrr's neighbor before cybertron died, even though she's older than him, like every other terrocon she's now his child, and a rebelious one at that, most often prefering to hunt alone rather than work with her siblings
Unlike the others who prefer munching healthy metal, Airachnid mostly feasts on the other kind of mutant robot on the planet of junk, insecticons, and as such a number of junkions settled around her nesting area, unaware that she'd eat them too when it comes down to it
Living on the borders of junkion society, she becomes curious about the state of things outside cybertron and discretely introduces old cybertronian technology into the junkion town outside her nest. She watched as the junkions contacted other aliens, among them, the quintessons
The quintessons captured every mutant they could lay their hands on, taking them all away from their natural environment to be sold, mocked, and observed alongside healthy endling animals. It was during a virtual exposition that shockwave and the tidal wave's crew took an interest in the terrorcons and bought them for research,
thunderwing fully aware of hun-grrr as his ancient ancestor still had no qualms about treating the terrorcons as test animals, for they had reduced themselves to animals
Hun-grrr , Rippersnapper , Sinnertwin , Blot and cutthroat
Monster trucks under your bed, these creeps were bought by shockwave for study from a quintesson animal trafficking operation, led by their patriarch hun-grrr, they're the origin of the poison breaking down cybertron's corpse after its death
Before Hun-grrr was the monster we see today, he was a notable nobel during the war on cybertron. Hun-grrr was known for hosting lavish and gluttonous parties. During one such party, he was met with a diminutive robot who only identified himself as "a predacon"
Hun-grrr had the Predacon killed and drained of its blood, feasting on its energon hun-grrr was met with a vision of the future, it drove him mad and lit a fire inside his gut, his blood turned to poison as he feasted on other transformers, his body mutated and ill
He wandered cybertron. His disease spread throughout the rich, who decided to sleep through the planet’s death rather than leaving it. They were turned into monsters like him. They call themselves his children, hun-grrr their father, with the insecticon queens being the only ones that denounce him
Blot is the oldest terrorcon and hun-grrr's favorite child. He has every disease. He's filty but functional, How things got this bad is a mystery in enough of itself. He's as smart as a normal terrorcon, which isn't saying a lot, but he should know how to clean himself at least.
in the short amount of time the terrorcons were held in captivity, shockwave studied blot, finding his strange body the source of an entirely new element named "blot mud" the conditions in his dieseased body is the only place in the universe it naturally forms.
Before they were a terrorcon, Sinnertwin was the last regular autobot to wander cybertron, the last thing in a dying world he was very lonely, so he pleaded with the things in the corners of his mind for companionship and they tore him in half. so he would always have a friend
Sinnertwin has the same fire in his gut as hun-grrr, but the twins are much more willing to exert themselves compared to their father. They are the terrorcons' premiere hunters and guard dogs, able to be in two places at once
Garara and twinstrike are the same person twice, but they don't have a shared mind. They simply communicate with each other, their slight diferences in expiriences lead them to develop a deep friendship with each other, and a fanatical love for their family, incurable optimists.
Cutthroat is the next youngest terrorcon after rippersnapper, she's the chatterbox of the group, speaking with a shirll labored voice repeating the words around her like a parrot but not realizing she's doing that, she's the first to arrive at anywere they go, a fearsome omen
Cutthroat is particularly close to rippersnapper, as the youngest siblings they stick close together, cutthroat finding that rippersnapper is not as shallow as others may assume even if she can't speak, so cutthroat acts as her voice. All the time.
She's always talking incessantly and hates to be cut off, reacting violently when she's interrupted, often making good on her name as some sort of twisted irony on her end. Above all, she's socially smart, creative, and persistent, dengerous qualities
Rippersnapper is the youngest terrorcon. She is roughly 20 million years old (the gang has been around awhile) as the little sister of the group she's seen as a nuisance and a troublemaker, native of the sea of rust, she's entirely aquatic, needing her alt mode to travel the land
Being often underestimated and seen as "just a kid" by her family leads rippersnapper to develop a severe inferiority complex, she's always knocking others down to prop herself up in multiple ways at the same time (namely biting their legs off)
She's not much of a conversationalist as her condition leaves her mostly non verbal she can only conjure up some grunts at most
The inventor of pretender technology, thunderwing is one of the head scientists on the tidal wave, for as long as he's lived thunderwing has been plagued with visions of the future, a future without decepticons and does what he does in an attempt to change fate
Thunderwing is an apocalyptically powerful abhorrent monster of a transformer under shockwave's employ, he's directly responsible for all the animal testing on the tidal wave and their definition of animal is the most broad, autobots, decepticons and native life are all subject to thunderwing's testing as he attempts to achieve his one true goal
When his core robot and pretender shell combine thunderwing can control the weather by releasing micro particles of his pretender shell's liquid metal into the atmosphere to create snow, rain, thunderbolts and lighting
His ruthless attitude and incredible powers are what attracted shockwave to work with him, although they collaborate very often thunderwing diverts resources to his own projects even more often.
Thunderwing is one of a line of decepticons from gigantion descendent from a cybertronian nobel called hun-grr plagued with mental instabilities caused by organic contamination of hun-grr's genes, thunderwing has lived his entire life suffering hallucinations and visions of what appears to be the future
In that future he saw the transformers reduced to animals and the decepticons colapse from infighting, and it horrified him, setting out on a quest to ensure this would never come about, he became a master of science and technology, when he gets his hands on a body he's often able to understand it better than the ones who built it
Thunderwing deeply values his people and their culture but in his attempts to understand and catalog every aspect of them for preservation he's lost the ability to see the harm that his prodding and poking brings about. Or rather he chooses to deny the consequences of his actions for what he sees as the greater good
Thunderwing's plans with the pretenders is to spread the technology around the universe and use a mind control program embedded into every pretender shell to force each and every pretender to obey him and use their power to take over the world
To stop anybody from ruining his plan before it could even begin he created three protoforms and hid the key to the control program inside of their circuits, but before he could finish shaping their personality components one of them woke up too early, ran away, and scattered the other two into space
After having intercepted optimus prime's message of the allspark's discovery on earth, it was thunderwing that convinced shockwave to stay on the planet so rather than chasing them, he could wait until thunderwing's runaways came to him, and in the meantime experiment on the hapless autobots and natives of the planet bellow
the offspring of kickback, these are the largest insecticons around, disturbingly they're also the most mobile and opportunistic, they act aloof and harmless if your guard is up but the moment you try to rest thats when they attack,
The nature of cybertron's rot wasn't just scarcity or vague societal decay, a very real mutagen started being spread throughout the planet after the Allspark's removal, on another planet this would've brought about a mass extinction only comparable to earth's great dying, but this event came far too late. Cybertron's environment was already collapsed, leaving only one coddled species to finally suffer the consequences of their actions, the transformers themselves
But from death comes life, abundant life, cybertron's ability to grant life to inanimate objects was known for bilions of years and many neighboring alien civilizations would transport machines and relics to cybertron in order to animate them, and this practice didn't end when it died. It simply changed. Cybertron became a dumping ground for galactic trash, making it unreconizable by the time the insecticons were unearthed.
But even before that. Barely functional robots and organic remains harboring bacteria were among the trash that would find itself on cybertron's surface. In time, they would evolve into the junkions, and life would come to cybertron once more. Though unaware of the planet's history, they would encounter the stasis pods holding the mutated cybertronians and unleash them to spread ruin once more.
Today, cybertron is forgotten to all, but the cybertronians who've mythologized their homeworld to a level only the devout would find palpable, where it once stood, is now the inhospitable, insectcon infested hellhole called the planet of junk,
Offspring of shrapnel ,these girls can fly and theres enough of them around to block the sun, with their special mutation if you see a cloud of them over the sky your car might drive itself off of a cliff while your muscles pull apart your bones, they can cause any function of a body mechanical or organic to activate involuntarily
The three progenitors of the insecticons used to be part of Cybertron's 1%, the richest of rich, they lived lives of luxury and didn't want to give it up
When cybertron died rather than joining the lower castes in the arks and leaving the planet the rich sealed themselves away in stasis pods to wait out the revitalization of the planet but cybertron's rot had an effect on them, mutating the nobles into what they are today
Zaptrap, shrapnel's offspring are armed with energy "activator beams" they cause functions in the body of their prey to involuntarily fire, in a bot for exemple, it could cause transformation joints to move outside their control, turning then inside out (grnally!)
