If I had a nickel for every time that Kate Lethbridge-Stewart was in a doctor who anniversary special that also happened to be a multi-doctor episode with one of the doctors being David Tennant, I'd have two nickels which is weird that it's happened twice

If Varada is coming back as a companion, aka Belinda, after a brief appearance as a different character, then we know she's the Martha of this new era since Freema played her cousin Adeola in series 2 and then Martha in series 3 which is happening to Varada.

Ruby is obviously Rose, Red themed names, and this heart-wrenching relationship with the doctor (obviously platonic), and he even gets upset when she leaves (same way the doctor got sad when Rose went to the parallel universe) also not to mention the fact that she had this big character arc like Rose did, didn't hit as well as Rose's but still.

The Donna is obviously going to be Anita (love her), right of the bat we see Anita hitting it off with the Doctor after a bit of dismissal, they turn out to be really good friends and they even have a sad departure, sort of like the Doctor and Donna in the runaway bride. Also, not to mention auld lang syne, it gives that Doctor and Donna sap from deep within, away from all that humour. Like Donna, Anita showed up in a christmas special for her first appearance and was left wishing the Doctor had more because we all know he's miserable and like Donna, she was loved by the audience massively and we all want her back on our screen. Also, Anita works a boring job and she seems like she's putting up with it because she believes that there's nothing more for her, kind of in the same way Donna did before she met the Doctor. I suspect Anita sort of took the Donna route and sort of started looking for trouble after meeting him because it reminds her of him and boom crash they reunite.

This is just my take on what the companions are going to be for Ncuti's run, RTD might obviously change it because its expected and he wants something different but he also might not, just to keep that revival who feel.
