hi. i have had a Tumblr since I was 14. I'm 28 and no closer to figuring out what the fuck is going most days. its pretty amazing

and incredibly perplexing to me 

how we can be our selves

wake up everyday & live the lives that we call ‘ours’

and after living for 18 years, 20, years, 40 years and so on

you would think that

because we are ourselves

we should figure out

and know the type of person we are fairly well

like the back of our hands that we see everyday.

Yet how is it that
