Happy one year since I first watched the hellscape that is Teen Wolf ✨🌈 💕

I am celebrating by thinking about Fluffy Amensia Steter. Peter low key freaking out at Stiles not remembering the supernatural because they were JUST becoming friends and Peter’s not ready to lose that

Stiles is like I don’t know what the FUCK is going on. I’m going to go with my gut instinct and I chooooooose Satan in a v-neck! He feels like he’ll keep me safe :)

Untitled Steter Fic Headcanon #1

I’m going to be honest, I haven’t really watched past season 3b. I’ve seen a handful of episodes after that and the entirety of 6a (obviously). This is all to say that I can’t guarantee that anything I write is going to be canon compliant. Oh well. But anyways, here is my headcanon of what the Hale alpha spark means to Peter beyond just power for my currently untitled Steter fic. Like I warned earlier, I don’t have a plan for this fic beyond the original premis, so I don’t know if this will be part of a conversation featured in it or just something Stiles figures out on his own. I’ll probably just wait for them to tell me what the f*** they want to do.

“Loosing the Hale alpha spark isn’t just loosing power, it’s loosing my family’s heritage. Without the Hale spark, there is no more Hale pack. It is the end of my family, its legacy, everything. Hundreds of years just taken. We lost almost the entirety of our pack, we lost our family home, we lost our lands, and on top of it all, we lost the ability to rebuild. And the family that was left behind was content with letting what remained die out or worse, pulling together a sad excuse of a pack by biting every teenager with self esteem issues. And to add insult to injury, a child is now in possession of the Hale, my family’s, alpha spark.”

I blame quarantine. This blog is now documenting my slow decent into madness as I fall down the Steter rabbit hole, writing my first ever fanfic about these 2 assholes. First ever fic period.

It will probably consist of rants, headcanons, maybe even scenes from my fic. Do I have a plan? No. Do I have any writing experience? Again, no. (Or if you prefer Spanish, "No.")

Mostly, this is just to keep me going as writing this thing is akin to dragging my body over broken glass through lemon juice. But as painful and difficult as it is to write, it is the one thing that makes me feel something other than the oppressive uncertainty that is my everyday life.

If this isn't your cup of tea, I take no offense if this is where you take your leave.

Amid growing criticism of the military-style equipment and tactics deployed by police in Ferguson, Missouri, a Democrat from Georgia plans to introduce the “Stop Militarizing Law Enforcement Act” in Congress next month.

Rep. Hank Johnson asked his all his colleagues Thursday to join him in supporting the bill, which he said in a letter “will end the free transfers of certain aggressive military equipment to local law enforcement and ensure that all equipment can be accounted for.”

Images of assault rifle-carrying camouflaged police riding through Ferguson on military vehicles similar to the IED-resistant equipment used by American armed forces in combat have proven to be a jolt of energy for a long-simmering debate about police militarization. In his letter to Congress, Johnson signaled that he expects his bill to break through the partisan gridlock in the House.
