Runningred, aka the first arc men who’s most notable scenes are their deaths obviously have to kiss 😘

I like to believe that Redtail and Runningwind were an insanely competitive couple, and would challenge each other to races, climbing contests, and also the athletic shit for hijinks and shenanigans. It was there version of taking each other out for dinner. The both of them are very fast, so it’s a real challenge to see who can out do the other this time. The most betted on couple in the clans. Bets own who will win the latest date race, how long they’ll be together for, etc.

Hm I feel like Graystripe shouldn’t have stayed Firestar’s best friend. Just for the drama of it all. Graystripe is pretty selfish, I think a friends to strangers arc would’ve been interesting. Close as apprentices but life pulled them away and now when Firestar looks across the border to Riverclan, Graystripe staring back, he hurts knowing that they’ll never be the same.

My Warriors hot take is that au’s where Swiftpaw is the bio son of Tigerclaw are extremely mid to me.

Every time I see that type of au, the reasoning is that “it makes more sense” or “it’s more compelling for the characters” (Swiftpaw, Goldenflower, Tigerclaw, Brambleclaw and Tawnypelt) And it’s like, it “made more sense” to you because you just made them a nuclear family? Y’know?

And maybe I’m being biased but none of my siblings are full siblings but that’s doesn’t mean anything to they are my siblings, I don’t really know my bio dad and I’ve had a step dad in the past that I discovered was a shit person (my mum is not with him anymore, don’t worry).

And I think it’s that reason I find it much more compelling for Swiftpaw to be a step-son to Tigerclaw, with Swiftpaw never really knowing his dad (ignoring canon, Patchpelt buddy what) and looking up to Tigerclaw as the only father figure he’s known only to be betrayed and ripped apart by the his fathers dogs.

Trying to up the stakes up for the clans in the forest territories and one of the ways I’m trying to do that is having each clan have to deal with it own set of predatory/problem creatures.

Thunderclan obviously already has a plethora, like foxes, badgers, and owls.

Windclan has mentioned to have had problems with predatory birds like eagles and hawks, so they’re covered.

Riverclan I’ve decided that they have problems with territorial river otters and the occasional giant catfish that lurks in their rivers.

But Shadowclan has stumped me because there just isn’t a lot of animals that I pick out that live in England/Britain. No big snakes, no alligators or crocodiles, so if any one has any ideas for predators that fit in a marsh-like woodland area, much appreciated 🙏
