Change Your Outlook Change Your Life
I am a firm believer in positivity. I don’t think you can just say “Just think positively!” and it will work. You need to want to change from negative to positive. You need to want to change how you view your life and the world. You need to also change your habits and create new ones. { I will write a post more on habits :) } Easily said but hard to do. Today I will give you [3] tips on how to change your outlook to change your life. Here we go!
TIP #1: Optimistic Words!
Now I’m not saying you have to be an optimist to use cheery words, but I am saying to try and think, speak, and sound like one. What I mean by all of this is to use hopeful bright words to speak to yourself. This is a proven tactic for improving your image on yourself. This is the first step. CHANGE HOW YOU VIEW YOURSELF.
Use kind heartwarming words to speak to yourself. For example, say things like “I am beautiful!” “I am knowledgable!” “I will change my life!” You can say these in your head, but they work better said out loud. Another word for what I am explaining is called positive affirmations. So go ahead and try to say one out loud to yourself. Make sure you try and believe it too. It’s true though! We are all beautiful extraordinary people. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!
TIP #2: View On Your Life!
Now the next step I have for you is to change how you view your life. You need to change your outlook on your personal life as one of your goals to reach a whole new level of happiness.
Some ways to achieve this is to:
- Practice thought-stopping
- End your "Yes, but..." attitude
- Replace negative beliefs

TIP #3: Create A Plan/ Set Goals
When you know where you're headed you won’t feel so bombarded by stress. To be completely honest it is hard to look at the future for some people. For others like myself not so much. No matter if it's hard or easy or you’re old or young you can still set goals.
Plus it gets everything in your thoughts and dreams out in the open or in this case on a sheet of paper. Go ahead and write everything out onto a piece of paper or in a notebook. Keep track of everything you write and keep your goals in mind. Each time you're about to drop some cash on something you don’t need. Try and think about the consequences of it and how even just 50 dollars can affect you. Heck, even 10 dollars can affect you.
The truth is that it's natural and actually quite healthy to experience a broad group of feelings, including less pleasant ones like disappointment, sadness or guilt. These negative emotions can turn very toxic. It’s also possible to cover up your unhappiness with positive thinking, but positive thinking is merely a temporary fix. These 3 tips are real and work. NO PROMISES THOUGH BECAUSE IT IS ALL UP TO YOU TO WANT TO CHANGE.
