awhile back, somebody reblogged a gif i made of this always sunny s9 promo and expressed sadness that the video itself was no longer to be found online. while i found this to be sad news, i didn't think there was anything to be done about it, as i didn't think i had the original video file anymore. it wasn't until i was moving some files around between computers earlier this evening that i found out i DID still have the source video!!

so here you all are: this official promo video for the ninth season of always sunny, parodying the 1953 ingmar bergman drama Summer With Monika, which is about a young (straight) couple who run away together to spend their summer living on an island with only each other. and which is parodied here with mac and dennis taking the role of that couple. curious!
