ppl saying "i'm tired of abusers in fiction having sad backstories to justify their actions" and things of that nature as if most real life abusers don't act in harmful ways bc they themselves were also victims of abuse. like did you think they were doing all that for no reason? what are we doing atp.
a real transfem jax fan actually exclusively speaks ill of transmasc jax fans
transmasc evil jax fans i am imploring you to consider why you think the opposite of a character who is a woman would be a man.
something about how many jax haters, especially in the "jax is bad trans rep" crowd, are tmes who are oh so Normal about trans women and who have Very Justifiable concerns about transandrophobia in fandom spaces.
transmasc jax call that the amazing digital birthday boy
okay so there's obviously the transmisogyny element of transfem jax denial(disregarding transfem perspectives and stories and all that), which is obviously bad(!!!), but the more personally irritating element to me is the complete lack of media literacy it implies. like imagine hating trans women so much you'd make yourself look like an idiot just to call a cartoon rabbit a man. kinda embarrassing tbh.
