I think the biggest reason I'm so non-worried about Elucien or Gwynriel as a possibility, apart from literal canon in the books and all the things the author says, is the fact that Elriels have more or less been saying the same thing since 2017 whereas the other side(s) has to constantly reinvent their narrative every time new information comes out

The Valkyries story is worth telling and it was told in ACOSF. Will they continue having their story told as a subplot in Elain’s book? Probably! Just as Feysand had a subplot in Nesta’s book.

But who has a story that was hinted at in chapter 21 that is also very deserving of being told? Who made it clear that she is ready to explore her powers and to find her when it’s time to begin? Whose story did the author show interest in telling on CHD?

Weird how now they care about BB promoting something when during ACOTEN, they promoted Az giving Elain TT and Elain 💀 the KOH and they said it didn’t matter since it didn’t come from Sarah (and no Gwynriel moments) 🤔 interesting that a Pilates day that included a coloring book (& 2 copies of ACOSF in the window sill) showing the canon TT scene and didn’t focus on Gwyn at all matters so much.

So, do you care what BB posts or not? Just curious 🫖

Valkyries tshirt having a ribbon. The friendship bracelets. The water bottle has a ribbon. They had a stack of books and they had it opened in chapter 60 (where gwyn cuts the ribbon). Nesta saying “az, you are the next ribbon”. Put 2 and 2 together.

and this is bloomsbury, not a random shop making money. This is the official publishing house doing promo for acotar6 with gwyn and the valkyries as the main theme. Not elain. Not gardening. Gwyn and the ribbon. The valkyries and the blood rite.

Let me know when the “merch” drops for sale to the public.

The Valkyries PILATES class not promoting any ships or having any hint to do with ACOTAR 6?

Do you think Bloomsbury would let a random influencer spoil who the endgame is? I’m legitimately just wondering. When they’ve been so tight lipped for so long? That it’s not going to come from Sarah instead of someone with a few thousand followers that posted a book that THEY turned to with their own page markers and highlighted? Did you forget the theme of the class was Valkyries? Did you forget when SJM said that BB is going to want to make a big deal of it when announcing the couple/POVs?

Are you ignoring the presale tickets that were made? That came from Bloomsbury to major retailers? With the pink gradient? With the flowers? With the QBD black and pink blending?

Or ignoring the IMG contract that SJM signed? That has done everything but promote Gwynriel. These are not “random” shops making money. These are licensed merchandisers via IMG who are working with SJM’s marketing team and more than likely getting overhead approval by her as well or at least an extremely trusted person on her team.

Did you forget that in that moment, it wasn’t about Gwyn and Azriel, it was about Gwyn cutting the ribbon to become the first Valkyrie? A pivotal moment for all of them. It’s really embarrassing how you want to make your favorite female character an object to a man at arguably one of the most moving points in the book. Instead of looking at it like “hey, this is a motivational Pilates class and this was a motivational part in the book”, you use the highlighted section of where she CUT the ribbon to say “haha Gwynriel endgame”. You guys are so weird with your female characters and subjecting them to just be a man’s love interest. Honestly.

Valkyries does not equal Gwynriel. It equals three powerful women who were able to overcome their trauma with love and friendship and you’re subjecting only Gwyn to be a man’s love interest instead of looking at THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS of her becoming the first Valkyrie. Instead of looking at the theme as a whole. Pls stop embarrassing yourself.

You really think Elain isn’t getting a book? Over the fourth Archeron sister?
