Hello Hello, this is a new blog, mainly for explaining classpects my way! But also explaining the parts of Homestuck you might not understand! Anything from Lore, to characters to moments that rubbed you the wrong way that you just *need* to be elaborated on! With that out of the way lemme give you a rundown of myself and how I run things

would you be willing to do an analysis on Bard of Void?

Bard of Void! One who accidentally destroys Void destroys with Void or destroys through Void.

A bard is the passive destruction class and typically destroys their aspect or with their aspect. A Bard never usually means harm or is aware they are causing harm, yet they do. The goal of the bard is to overcome this and learn to control the immense power and potential they have to use their destructive abilities to reconstruct and rebuild.

Void is the aspect of Secrecy. Void relates to Secrets, nothing, horrorterrors (The Eldritch Beings in HS), gossip and lore!

A Bard of Void is one who would start out accidentally destroying nothing. Possibly by filling their lives with clutter and messes unaware of the damage its doing to the spaces their in. They may also be closed minded and unwilling to hear opinions and personal things people want to tell them, either ignoring them when it happens or deflecting it. They are also likely to be a nonbeliever to any possible outer forces. They shut down and ignore all things they don't like, not because they don't want to hear it persay, but because they have no idea how to properly process it. It's a defence mechanism more than anything to keep their own little bubble that they're actively destroying through clutter and messes created by themselves and their thoughts.

Hi I was wondering what your analysis of a Prince of Light would be :))

Prince of Light let's go!!

So Prince is a destructive class. They actively destroy through, with or straight up destroy their aspect itself. Typically for a selfish gain or ulterior motive.

Light is an aspect I've explained once that you can find in my Mage of Light post directly below this one!!

A Prince of Light would destroy light, destroy with light or destroy THROUGH light. They'd likely be argumentative, making multiple points of fact to others (possibly twisting and destroying the original source they heard it from and what it said) in a way to gain an intellectual high ground. A Prince of Light jas a high likelihood of just straight up destroying literal light as well. Creating dark rooms, trying to block out the sun (half joke there they very well could try) or trying to take the light of of someone else through death. A Prince of Light would also be a destroyer of fate and relevancy. They'd destroy it in an attempt to distance themselves from it, or to cause someone else to lose all relevancy. There is a high likelihood a Prince of Light could singlehandedly destroy and entire SBURB/SGRUB session should they have the drive to.

Mage of Light!

Mage is the class of control and change. Mages are bound to their aspect through their desire to understand and have ability TO control.

Light is the aspect of knowledge. But specifically known knowledge. It is also connected to greed, plot relevancy and literal light.

A Mage of Light is one who's likely to have a deep connection to Light from the start, most likely having a good amount of books, money and lighting within their home/hive. A Mage of Light would want more. They'd seek out and collect knowledge. They'd also likely be aware of fate and understand that they HAVE a destiny. They'd want to control that destiny and shape it into what they want. They'd also take knowledge they know and use it to their advantage through changing wording and understanding of it to fit their own ideals and goals.

To me Derse and Prospit lunar sways are very similar in opposite directions. Which is contradictory on purpose. Both are destiny oriented. On the derse side you have those that defy it. Those who overthink and those who take thought out action and process. Derse is oriented to those who have drive, purpose and a desire to change the cards they've been dealt and distance themselves from their past while making sure they have a new future.

Prospit is similar in how they change their fates, but they do it in a way that their bound on a track. It's like a crossroads on a train. They switch the levers and go down new pathways and sections of their lives while never straying from their linear track. Prospit dreamers also tend to be very sporadic and impulsive. They make decisions with little thought knowing that they have the ability to do so. Prospit dreamers are very connected to their past and in planning their future they create ways to improve upon it based OFF their past.

Prospit and Derse dreamers are very similar in development and how they both change fate and past, but Derse does it disconnected and thought out from the start while Prospit goes head first and played it by ear.

hi! i would love to hear your thoughts about and explanation of the rogue class!

Rogues are an interesting case because they follow a Robin Hood trope. Taking from the plentiful and giving to those who lack. They're destructive but in a different way from say a Prince or Bard. They deconstruct and rebuild more than they do destroy and leave destroyed.

We can look at Rogues from two different viewpoints; The point that they will never have anything or the point that they have to learn to keep some things for themselves to survive. Rogues thrive off others using their aspect through them, but that can't be done if they run out of Aspect that flows in themselves.

Rogues in simplistic terms "Take" and "Redistribute," however, it's so much more than that. Rogues also Take and Use for others, look back to the Robin Hood point. Robin Hood stole from the rich, gave to the poor, but he used the money HE kept to help others and not fully run out of what he was Taking and Redistributing. However, he does eventually. He's left in ruin, and Rogues can be too if they're not careful. Rogues can and will be left with nothing to them or their aspect without those realizing if not careful. This is because Rogues are probably one of the most selfless classes, and probably one of the most non-self serving. That's their journey, a journey of becoming self-serving in at least some way. To become healthily stable and content within their aspect lest it leave them in ruin.

The Rogue god-tier would be able to take things out of its aspect. See Roxy with the ability to take things out of Void, out of nothing. A rogue's aspect control is also entirely dependent on how they learn to interact with others! If they refuse to grow and adapt to it, they'll crumble and fail to recognize themselves. However, if they learn and grow and become themselves and stable, they'll understand and be in control upon god-tiering, being able to pull from their aspect without much effort.
