For a pair of earrings to bring back his dead wife. So yeah Chat blanc destroyed me. My crops are burning, my skin is dead, my depression n anxiety are thriving, I’m dehydrated to the max.

Some people might think that the secret identities are pointless after Oblivio and that there was no danger so that excuse was not valid anymore but, there was danger right there… It was just downplayed since the focus of the episode was elsewhere.

The dangerous part is what they showed in heroes day

The lovers that know each other identities:

-Alya got compromised by covering Nino when he was capable of protecting himself (Chat usually does this but it’s almost always pointless sacrifice like getting in the way of the attack instead of pushing the attacker to the side, Ladybug always finds a way to stay safe and help Chat because her judgement isn’t clouded by feelings)

-Nino got compromised because  he was more focused on Alya’s loss than the mission

-Not to mention that any mind controlling akuma could get the identity of the partner

The hero whose identity is known by everyone:

-Chloe’s whole family got akumatized effectively getting her compromised

-She can never have her miraculous permanently ‘cuz Hawkmoth would target her while she’s defenseless like asleep or in the bathroom

Oblivio was not a mind control akuma but Ladybug kept her partner away from the fray because she wanted him to stay safe, almost said “Adrien” out loud when he was in danger and Chat Noir almost called her “Marinette” while they were just having a conversation. It was a dangerous situation and a slip of the tongue could have done a lot against them

I’ve come to the conclusion that all it’d take to get Adrien to finally start seeing Marinette in a romantic light is for them to do a high difficulty escape room together

a couple of questions for santa

Does he know that Marinette and Ladybug are the same person? Cause Marinette sure does tell a whole lotta lies and causes a hell lotta akumatizations for the nicest kid in the world??? And also like has treated people not-so-nicely way too many times during this whole show (Chloe, Lila etc)??

Does Santa also KNOW that Chat Noir does also literally save Paris every FVKING day without any breaks or excuses, never has directly caused an akumatization and is on his best behaviour even towards the worst people (hello Chloe, hi Lila) unLIKE Ladybug??? Even under the circumstances he lives in???

another valid contender who should NOT be as far down the list as santa says? NINO! he is one of the most caring and selfless characters in the show - and one of the only to get akumatized for selfless reasons - and will literally risk his life to protect the people he loves (fighting anasi with and without a miraculous or any powers, as well as sacrificing himself in zombizou). the only conclusion is that the santa claus in chris master is fake and a figment of chris’ imagination, and the only reason ladybug was at the top of the list was because thats what chris believed before his akumatization. in this essay i will-
