Also, I needed to give Viktor a last name in this AU, so with some research I decided to pick Nekola, because it means "victor of the people" in Czech and I thought it would be fun to have his name basically be Viktor Victor lol

EDIT: Nekola last name actually means "headstrong and unyielding"! But I think it's still fitting for him :) Thank you @legally-i-am-death for the correction! 🤍
