I can't believe it's been one year since I first posted Better Half!!! Time surely does fly when you're having fun! Thank you for everyone who has been a part of this journey and welcome to every new reader who decides to give my weird lil ship a chance.

The Merry Widower + 🥇 What scene were you most excited to write? Did it end up being the one you enjoyed writing the most?
Well, if we are talking about the chapters that I've already posted, I would say the first one, during Mon's funeral. I had the opportunity to let Krennic loose and it made me laugh like a loony.
But in general...
I was very excited to write a scene from chapter 4, where I had an interaction between Krennic, Kleya and Galen - putting the three of them together made me sweat.
One scene that I most enjoyed was one between Krennic and Vel that I have not posted yet and it'll take time to appear. The scene is very taboo even outside fandom, but I had the opportunity to write Krennic in his most asshole-self and Vel ready-to-fucking-kill-him. So, it was pure delight.
Cause after Kleya got the sample I wondered what happened after. With her and also if Krennic ever found out about it. It was a very interesting premise that I’d love to see developed (don’t think you will) or talked about xD
I actually had the first scene drafted.
Kleya and the gang would arrive at the facility and be immediately arrested upon attempting to use his *ahem* DNA sample to get to Luthen - because no one can convince me that a man with his level of paranoid wouldn't have antecipated someone using his *DNA sample* for nefarious purposes.
Then, we would have Krennic's reaction at seeing his *harmless* girl Friday trying to free Axis - and getting to know he had being played.
