Mixed race pride flag. Make MR a visible societal category.

Society likes to completely neglect us. We, as a group, are often told we "pass" as only one (or sometimes even none) of our ethnicities, and then use that as a way to bully and exclude. Mixed race people are also at risk of violent victimization because race mixing is one of the triggers most likely to invite violence from a racial supremacist. People who are mixed with white are often stripped of the other colors of their heritage, with the slur "white passing" being used on them, as well as slurs related to being accused of colonization.

It's time we made a distinct category for ourselves and wear it with pride. We aren't monoracial, and this monoracial coded world needs to accept that.

Neurodiversity and Mad Pride

I made a flag for my concept of neurodiversity pride and mad pride for disability pride month.

Psy Pride

The pastel pink represents pride, acceptance (both personal and societal acceptance), and normalization of being neurodivergent or mentally ill.

Pastel purple wave stripe represents the wide array of neurodivergent and psychiatric diverse people, including those who both do and don't see their differences as disruptive to their functioning, and includes those who are antipsychiatry or psychiatry critical as well as those who choose to obtain psychiatric services or have a positive view of psychiatry.

Pastel cyan for those who are disabled or societally stigmatized because of their neuro differences, as well as those who have trauma from psychiatric services or from being mistreated because of their neurodivergence.

Pastel seafoam for the exploration of neurodiversity, like through personal psychonautic exploration of the mind, seeking community with other neuro and psychiatric diverse people, creating spaces for neurodiversity, academic research, personally developing ways of more effectively living with various aspects of neurodiversity and sharing them within a community, working within psychology to transform it from within, antipsychiatry activism or critique of psychiatry, or just being a supportive friend to neurodiverse individuals

The black represents challenging and reforming systems that oppress the neurodivergent and psychiatric diverse, and developing new systems and methods to support them.

Models of Magick Identity Flag Coins

There are three main models of magick that people subscribe to (which break apart into the more specific model categories that I wrote about in an earlier post.) these models are: the spiritual model of magick, the mixed model of magick, and the psychological model of magick.

Special World-chroma identity -

when your identity feels like the colors of Special World in Super Mario World. Aka my identity right now (again, as of me reposting this on my concept coining account).

I am xeno chromatic - I often feel my identity in a color way, even for things that aren't simple colors or for larger ideas like feeling Special World as a color.

Thanks for reading this post of obscure information on the weird way I experience my identity. Maybe you can relate on this or a similar abstract concept-chroma identity.

Plurispectra

Flag/term/symbol coin for people who support all plural system origins. I couldn't find a word specifically for people who are pro-all origins - maybe I missed it? So I coined this to give form to an idea that is important to us.

Rainbow gradient is the main color scheme because of the diversity inherent to plural experiences and different origins, and because we also often tend to have diverse identities (which can be lgbt, alterhuman, anything) within our systems. This is also why the black stripes have a rainbow universe of stars in them, and why I chose an infinity sign that turns into a heart as the symbol.

This is a scifi-fantasy story about a group of people who get justice against a magical cult that trafficked them.

I look at the infinity of the sky and I feel as though I can fall into it.

I feel such a deep sense of wonderful terror and monstrous awe whenever I consider things that trigger a feeling of 'infinity' in my mind.

I lose my mind when I try to consider all of the stars at once.

What can I do with these existential feelings?

Race Queer

An identity and flag for use by people whose race and/or racial identity falls outside the system society uses.

Race is a social construct, and the way societies have approached race historically are rigid and force people into arbitrarily defined categories. Trace (trans racial) rejects this inherently. In the case of mixed race people, who are some of the most visible race queer people, they are forced into monoracial classifications when being mixed race is actually extremely common, and force people into a false dichotomy where they are forced to choose only one of their racial components as the "real" one.

This applies to situations such as: transracial (trace), multiracial people who identify as more than one of their races or as mixed race, multiracial people who feel they don't pass as any race, multiracial people who identify as a part of their racial background that society claims they do not pass as, people who do not identify with their physical race for any reason, people who feel they do not fit into a specific racial category or are aracial, people who identify as a xenorace or neorace.
