I’m not entirely sure what happened but I’m in a much worse place mentally than I was about half a year ago. There’s nothing wrong-wrong in the rest of my life, but damn, my brain has been a bitch lately. I still haven’t found a new therapist on my new insurance, so that’s part of the problem. My anxiety is bad and is keeping me from doing a lot of stuff, though, like calling places about a therapist. This sucks. It’s been *really* bad for about a week now.

Sorry about this. I know I don’t usually write personal stuff, but it feel like I’ve been whining on other social media a lot.
