I wonder how does Te function/Te inferior work in INFP/ISFP who has ADHD. Cause i think we need to differentiate between Te function vs executive functioning. I saw a lot of descriptions of Te overlapping with executive functioning

I wonder how especially for Te doms neurodivergent too, how does your Te work? Is it different from neurotypicals?

why 9's CAN be intuitive (and all the naranhoes are wrong)

💭 escapism isn't always sensory, in fact 9's often HATE the "real world"

"they live better the experience with their eyes closed, with sensations that lead to another dimension instead of living in the present. [...] they do not feel of this world, but with nostalgia for another dimension where only harmony exists." (ichazo)

sensors accept and see reality for what it is. when they're presented with something, they don't tend to abstract it, try to ignore and see it for what it's not. what's more - they do not struggle with living in the present moment.

one will stereotype an sp9 as a chip-eating, alcohol drinking, netflix binging, glutton. the truth is, they do not engage with these activities BECAUSE they are in-tune with their senses. instead, they're avoidant of pain - and their pain stems from reality, something they often struggle to face.

consider these additional quotes by ichazo and even naranjo, telling you that 9's hate pain and will find ways to avoid pain which are not connected to sensory functions:

"consumption on everything that can take you away from your feelings. There’s a deep fear of pain which they have to avoid." (naranjo)

"fantasizing about a better future relieves or anesthetizes the pain of the present." (ichazo)

💭 9's are not contradictory (9's can be BOTH sensors OR intuitives)

"the 'puritan' and the 'hedonist' are not contradictory. one supports the other when they are clear." (ichazo)

**in this context, ichazo uses the term "puritan" to reference one who is spiritual (and for the sake o argument, we can simply say "intuitive.")

people who are against intuitive e9's, and even ichazo in general, will claim it's contradictory for one to be hedonist as well as to not accept reality. this is not true.

hedonism and sensory pleasures in an e9 are not always driven by sensory functions. they are driven by an inherent fear and evasion of pain.

a 9 may use their intuitive functions to disillusion themselves. hedonism is the simultaneous act of avoidance and indulgence. they do not accept reality and therefore create one for themselves, one that is free from pain and suffering, often one in their imagination. often, this means they do not accept what is reality for what it truly is.

okokok thoughts. i am on the bus so forgive any disjointedness/fuckups but

1. i am so so curious abt how this fight will play out cos realistically suo washes nirei like laundry then takes him 2 the dry cleaners 2 get extra folded HOWEVER. does he have the heart to do this fr ? signs are pointing to probably yes (esp if theres a larger threat hes attempting to protect furin from the way im thinking where getting beat to shit by your maybe-friend is still a better option than idk getting all ur fingers and both legs systematically broken or something) but theres still the possibility that he cant follow thru. which would lowkey be the funniest shit ever. bro did all this just to walk it back in the final hour like heehee...sowwy....that was my oopsie #myoopsie 😋 but alternatively. if he DOES have the heart 4 this. sakura finding out suo reappeared just to fuck nirei up and go ghost again danny phantom style will be like dropping 12 cat 5 hurricanes onto that poor town back2back and i for one am ready 2 see all this shit obliterated. while we're at it bring endo and chika back too fuck it lets REALLY air this bitch out

2. "signs are pointing to yes" VERY VERY INTERESTING how suo switches the way he handles nirei throughout this whole interaction. from gentle at the beginning (lightly placing his hand atop nireis to stop him from alerting the others, "i just wanted to see you one last time to say goodbye") to dismissive + somewhat insensitive when nirei isn't accepting this at his pace ("sorry. sorry about that too. you'll be fine") to outright cruelty almost as soon as nirei proves he will make himself an obstacle ("we arent anything" "[you have] always pissed me off"). like maybe this is just the mask finally coming off but idk it reeks it REEEKS of manipulation 2 me. conversational sleight of hand if u will. get mr analytical so fucking pissed he forgets to analyze. which ! mission accomplished if that was the goal nirei fully swung at him like he put his whole back in that shit

3. i think suos frustration with nireis curious personality was pulled directly out his ass and shot into the conversation as a distraction from the actual issue aka WHY hes quitting school + leaving in the 1st place. BUT. if it is based somewhat in truth i think itd be real interesting if suos own curiosity is the thing that got him into whatever mess hes dealing with and thats why it pisses him off so much that nirei has the freedom/innocence/protection to stay curious and pursue the answers he wants to know. a fun little cockfail of jealousy bitterness and a touch of that weird superiority u can get by going thru tough things as a kid and thinking how u cope is The Way Of It All rather than just. how u in particular cope

Anyone else picking up on how verbally, Suo answers are very very cold, short, and impersonal, but once Nirei challenges him to a fight (that we all know as a conversation), Suo accepts it. This is their form of an “argument”, and in his own twisted way, Suo IS opening up to Nirei. And get this: It’s immature and childish, the antithesis of what Suo preaches all the time.
