the place I work at remodeled these split gendered restrooms into “inclusive restrooms” and never told us what they meant while construction was ongoing. Neovaginas are beautiful, real, oftentimes come with few or easily solvable complications, and for some women, are the ideal way to alleviate bottom dysphoria.

I’ve seen a LOT of bottom surgery negativity recently, and I’m trying to comfort myself through it- it takes years of work to get even in the best of circumstances, and every step of the way you have propaganda screaming at you and you want nothing more to hop off the train.
