i think that we don't talk enough about how exhausting it is to talk to someone whose only source of information is tiktok

and don't get me wrong, i think that you can find a lot of interesting and real things on there, even news, but you really should dig deeper than what you see on there

and once you're talking to someone and all the things they talk about begin with "i saw on tiktok that..." it gets tiresome really quick

and that's possibly due to the fact that at that point, their whole personality is just tiktok and what they see on there (which is another level of exhausting)

i just want to say that i have been traumatised because today i and my friends were standing in a circle talking when another friend of mine approached us with a banana in his hand saying he's doing a survey on how do people open a banana, so we all showed him we do so from the top, and after he got an answer from everyone he went "okay, thank you for the answers", ripped the banana in half and took a bite of it still with the peel on

Jednou k nám na gympl přišla paní, která přežila gulag. Asi v polovině její přednášky začala hrát z rozhlasu sovětská hymna a maturanti ohlásili, že si máme připravit prachy protože nám je zítra (na poslední zvonění) pořádně znárodní. Obě učitelky dějepisu s panikou ve tváři běžely za paní a začaly se jí omlouvat, že o ničem nevěděly a paní u toho lapala po dechu. Anyway, za pár let prasklo, že paní v gulagu sice byla, ale jako bachařka a ne vězeň, jak tvrdila.
