Finger Bands are designed in 3 different sizes(#1, #2, #3), considering length and diameter of fingers. Each size is identifiable by the numbers engraved on the bands.

2) #2 Band : Medium Size / for Index, Middle, Ring fingers / 3p + 1p(Extra)

3) #3 Band : Large Size / for Thumb finger / 1p + 1p(Extra)

Select and use the bands fit to your finger sizes. 3 extra finger bands are included in the box as well.(You can purchase extra finger band set separately.)

4. Way of Wearing

1) Secure wrist strap with the band hook located on the palm side. 2) Select finger bands most comfortable. Insert into the bigger hole and then lift up to the smaller hole until the bands are securely anchored. 3) Place fingertips into each finger band ring. 4) You can do it repeatedly wihle slowly folding in and out.

5. How to Training

You can adjust the difficulty levels by controling the range of degree to expanding hands. The more expanding hand, the higher level of difficulty.
