That’s true, the APA doesn’t outright say that. But it does say that NPD is a more severe and persistent form of narcissism.

Just a reminder that it is okay if you’re uncomfortable around people with a cluster b pd. And it’s okay if you avoid them.

But it is not okay to actively hate, harass, and threaten them.
