Has been less than stellar. I’ve had issues with my plantar fasciitis flaring up again, requiring me to take a rest day. It still isn’t 100%. I did make up for it the next day with a double workout but I hate doing that. This evening I had a massive headache that nearly put me in tears. So no workout again today. I’m pretty excited!! I have officially collected the first week of P90X3! It has had it’s struggles as does any new workout! But I LOVE it.
