what I appreciate about love of silom is how nuanced they portray the bar hosts' job. sometimes it is done out of financial desperation. sometimes it is self fullfillment or validation from others. it is a job like any other. it is found family. it can be fun. i can be really fucking dangerous. and all of these things can exist along side each other. And then there is the police. idk if we are just meant to all implicitly understand that krit is really bad at his job or if we are supposed to ignore it. He gets himself and everyone around him constantly in danger. He rushes the investigation to prove a point or sth, loses his temper when questioning suspects. somehow gives all his valuable information out to his suspects (lawyers) during questioning. goes on some weird ego driven one-man missions cause of course he is gonna fight 3+ men with guns and knives and win. like what?!
