The crazy thing is, it was already an amazing episode, filled with meaningful moments

Pakin telling Sun and Sky how he almost gave up because of someone else and how the greatest revenge was his success, encouraging Sky to let that motivate him past his fear while also reminding Sun what he's working towards as well

Kajorn showing that even the worst of us* can start over and be given a second chance if there's sincerity and effort behind our words and actions

The devastatingly beautiful way Sun played that suicide scene, the way it's clear he's thought about it more than once, and all the moments he has with the people that make him want to keep living

Everything leading to Sun reading the rewrite of that scene, based on his performance, and him finally allowing himself to feel something again and that shot of Jay dropping the umbrella as Sun runs into his arms, absolutely perfect. It was the kind of moment that epic romance movies become icons for.

It was already an amazing episode, and then that scene...

The acting, the artistry, THEM, it was all exquisitely done. That wasn't just an incredible nc scene, that was an essential plot point played perfectly

This scene is so fucking meaningful. Jay has enjoyed Sun's brattiness

But he's starting to get tired of Sun pretending that he doesn't want to be with him

And Sun just doesn't know how to handle that. He doesn't want to feel this way about Jay. He's almost always been a Top. But now he has this Dom coming at him, and the sub in him can't help but respond.

Then of course we have the glorious "you'll beg me" line. Followed by

And the way Sun looks at him, vulnerable and confused

His walls so clearly broken down

And then Jay just walks away without even checking to make sure that Sun is following. Because he knows there's no chance that Sun won't after looking at him like that.

There weren't nearly enough scenes between them this ep(though it was good regardless), but this one makes up for that.
