The fall semester is about to start (in approx 7 hours) and I have insomnia, I know is not anxiety or stress for a new semester. I struggle a lot with my sleep. I have had this since I was 12 yo and it's not easy to live like this. I hope this new semester will be great, I really do. But sometimes is hard to believe because I feel like I'm not enough. Probably that is the reason why I can't sleep today.

Today I did something for myself, I dyed my hair again and I did pink again. But this time was the pink I wanted to be a pastel tone. And I'm happy with it. This was part of my #metime and I deserve more of it. Because I have been thru a lot, major depression, severe anxiety, knee surgery, and the constant feel of not being enough. This year was taught I don't know if like last year but was taught. However, today I had a small happy moment. And I hope the feeling of not being enough despair one day and I could be brave and happy...
