Ingredients: 2 slices of sourdough bread. 2-3 oz of Brie cheese, sliced. 1/2 apple, thinly sliced. 2-3 figs, sliced. 1 tablespoon butter.
Instructions: Put the pan or griddle on medium-low heat. Each piece of sourdough bread should have one side brushed with butter. Put one slice of bread in the pan with the butter side down. On top of the bread in the skillet, put slices of Brie cheese, apple, and fig. Put the second slice of bread on top of the sandwich, butter side up. The sandwich should be cooked for three to four minutes on each side, or until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden brown. Take it out of the pan and let it cool for one minute.
