These Creamy Chicken Hand Pie Sticks are a delightful combination of tender chicken, savory green onions, and creamy Parmesan sauce, all wrapped in flaky pie crust. They make for a perfect appetizer or snack.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, diced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 package refrigerated pie crusts.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add chopped green onions to the skillet and saut for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface. Cut each crust into rectangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto one half of each rectangle. Fold the other half over the filling, sealing the edges with a fork. Repeat with remaining crust and filling. Transfer the hand pie sticks to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
