ZerøGrand Extreme Commuting Part 1: Preparing for winter 

True modern classics live where heritage and innovation collide, in the city. We’re always inspired by New York’s traditions: beautiful architecture, historical character, and vibrant culture. But these wonderful and interesting things get lost in a flurry of cold weather. Temperatures drop, and we drop everything. We forget about excitement and energetic adventures, and blend into uninterrupted habits of commuting to work ­ the same way, every gray day. But now, we made the tools to take on the elements. Our new ZerøGrand jackets are a bold, tough, emblazoned collection of outerwear, strengthened by the fabric technology of alpinist apparel brand, Mountain Hardwear. Our ZerøGrand boots further enhance the collection, ready to jump over any weather obstacles. We outfitted three of the most active, most unique city slickers in New York in our new collection and followed them on their own adventurous commutes. Each commuter brought a different lens. They leveraged their own agility and perpetual state of motion to go from point A to point B, and from point B to point extreme. They stretched our products and added individuality. This summer, we dove into Cuba with wide eyes alongside Cool Hunting. With our Pinch Weekenders in tow, Cole Haan recently packed our bags and took off with Cool Hunting's creative writers and photographers on a week-long trip to Cuba, to celebrate the extraordinary artists and art of the Havana Biennial.
