Gold foil temporary tatoos for this years festival season

Found these beaut items on Racked.com - the hunt is over. 

The top image is a little less festival and more uber cool. I love the minimal look. In summer you can’t go wrong with black so long as the item is summer appropriate e.g. not a thick wool jumper. Think lightweight tees and camis, shorts, lightweight kimonos and crop tops. 

Love that crotchet is out and about. The bright floral dress pictured above is so fun and suitably breathable for when you want to cover up but still feel cool. See the Zepplin Dress from Rat & Boa for a similar style:

Another skirt made! This time, shorter with a more recognisable a-line, in keeping with current styles. Could be styled with a tucked in roll-sleeve tee, some converse/sandals, oversized cat-eye sunnies, and you’d be good to go. 

All the fabrics I used are old samples from past collections, so are a little out dated, but staying ‘in season’ is neither here nor there for me.

Waiting for some more fun bohemian chic to come out of the Coachella Festival this year. I leave you with one of my faves so far, Bella Thorne in H&M. US only I think :’(

Skirt number two. A slimmer style and my preferred shape. I had to dress this skirt down as I feared being accused of looking too ‘workie’ or potentially double my age. (Which to most bartenders I encounter that would be about 30, but really, believe me, its actually 46).

A little late with this post, but I absolutely adore this collection!!! The colours, the fabrics and surprisingly the roses. Such a bold feature can often be overwhelming and garish but I think it’s beautiful. I think the emphasis on mothers may have had (a huge) something to do with my overwhelming love for this collection! BEAUT!

A-Line Skirt I made for myself. Fits well round my waist, a sure sign that I can never expect to wear it should I plump up. A-line in a very strong use of the term. Could be mistaken for a circle skirt because it looks to flare out more when worn, but not enough fullness in my opinion.
