eating disorders are not cute or nice or inspiring. Fuck anyone who romanticises, justifies or encourages them. If you want to fuck yourself up like that, DONT bring others down with you.

I’m not saying this in a horrible ‘she doesn’t understand’ way. I once had an eating disorder. Any form of encouragement or praise fed my desire to continue the fasting, whether I wanted to or not. Stop fucking glamorising it. To this DAY I still struggle mentally with it. Get help. Get fucking help. I beg you. Help is out there and I know it’s a long and hard journey, but trust me when you get to that point where you’re a recovered anorexic/bulimic etc. you will feel so accomplished.

Please. Get help. If you won’t help yourself, don’t puvlically post about it to encourage others.
