so many parents of autistic children who are “advocates” are so hostile to autistic adults while complaining about how violent and upsetting and hard to manage their children are. like. I’m not sure autism is what is ‘tearing your family apart’, it might be your abuse and ableism.

I do not care how hard it is that your child does not like to be hugged or whatever. imagine being that child and having people continuously cross your boundaries and demonize you for your sensory needs. fuck you. genuinely.
