I let this blog die a few years ago because of school and life. I let my weight loss and fitness journey stop too back then. I felt back and was always in a hole.
I stopped that this year. This March I started back up. Well February but we can’t count that the first week I was suppose to start I got sick. But I’m back.
Accomplishments Since March:
Going to the gym weekly at least 3 days a week
15 weeks at the gym
Down 20 LBS
Muscle growth
Doing exercises I hate but I know work into what I want to build up (I’m looking at you leg extension and shoulder press)
I’m seeing the actual muscle growth and feeling it
I finally tried the stair master
