I'm Ava Alenko. Daughter of the legendary Commander Ellen Shepard (blog- EllenShepard - this is NOT Ava mun. But a different person who adopted my Ava and David as Ellen's kids) and Major Kaiden Alenko. I have a younger twin brother named David. My best friends are Jackson "Jax" Vega, a Turian by the name of Zanial Vakarian the son of Garrus Vakarian, and a Quarian by the name Palim'zorah Vas Normandy Tali'zorah's son. We've got big shoes to fill and big shadows cast by our parents but that doesn't discourage us one bit. We cruise the galaxy in the Normandy SR3. Our pilot's name is Quinn but we call her Harley she's Jeff "Joker" Moreau's daughter. She was a rejected cybernetic and genetic experiment using Joker's DNA. Cerberus's work of corse. At Target this lady told her son he couldn’t have a Wonder Woman doll because “that’s for girls” and then bought her daughter the same one. It got me thinking about how often I see people bar young boys from appreciating girls/women as protagonists and heroes, and my own experience with it as a kid.
