went to dyke night alone on saturday #proud of myself & it was actually so fine bc like 6 people i went to hs w were there 😭 so i knew people and one of the gorgeous girls from my doula training was also there and it was so cute bc she was j as excited to see me i feel & it really was like ykw this is ur #community!! its ok to go places alone even if its scary downtown miami LOL also also there was this one girl whos rlly tall w bright pink hair and like months ago i was thrifting and saw her and i wanted to say hi but didnt know how to approach anyways yea rlly proud of myself for finally doing something alone!

guys i bought tickets to this event tht looked so fucking fun and ive been looking forward to it since last month and then my friend who i was gonna go with got sick and then my other friend ended up working way past the end of her shift bc valentines day craziness so now i look beautiful gorgeous but am unfortunately not shaking my ass to jersey club….my favorite genre of club music ever…jersey club night in miami is so rare…im so sad… i need to make more friends & also i need to figure out if i should j bite the bullet and start doing stuff alone :( and the answer is yes but like #ugh the idea of driving all the way down to miami, finding parking, walking to a club by myself and then being alone inside even if best case scenario i make a friend in there its so scary!!! also i woulda done it if i went to tht club literally even one time before…or if it wasnt so far/ didnt start so late…anyways im in mourning over the night that could have been…

i rlly like my new job even tho i have to get up at 5 am most days and minimum wage in fl is $15 (mind u this is recent) and my hours r rlly inconsistent so i need another job and i have to drive rlly far and a diff place everyday but i like it bc its mundane easy computer stuff, i get to be around cute kids but not have to actually interact or manage them and its like creative adjacent bc im working w a photographer.. other downside is i wish i spoke spanish but genuinely i fw it mostly bc i also evade peak traffic hours which is my FAVE part by far literally love being on the road at 6 am its so freeing and i love getting home and still having a whole day ahead of me
